Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 7 frozen Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits (baked)
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper, (to taste)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Chop each biscuit into 6 to 8 pieces. Place chopped biscuits in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until no longer pink and crumbled. Drain fat.
  • Sprinkle sausage over biscuits. Top sausage with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over biscuit mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until eggs are set.
