The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, baking mix, cheddar cheese, and Italian seasoning. Add milk as needed to make a smooth mixture.
  • Scoop the sausage mixture into 1-inch balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
