- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese (freshly shredded)
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the freshly shredded cheddar cheese, ground sausage, biscuit baking mix, milk, and chives.
- Form the dough into 24 balls and place on a large baking sheet.
- Bake the sausage balls at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and the sausage is fully cooked. Serve hot.
