Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 green pepper (diced)
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 large can Pork and Beans (28 oz)
  • 1 small can Pork and Beans (15 oz)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Brown sausage. Remove sausage from pan and set aside. In drippings from sausage, cook diced green pepper and onion for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Drain and add to meat. Stir until combined.
  • Add the pork and beans, ketchup and brown sugar and mix until combined. Bake in a 9X13 or casserole dish for one hour or until bubbly and hot all the way through.
