Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 ozs small shallots
  • 5 ozs small brown button Mushroom
  • 12 fresh bay leaves
  • 4 small Poultry sausages (each about 2.5 ounces)
  • 2 Tbsps Corn oil
  • salt
  • peppers

Instruction

  • Peel shallots and cut in half. Clean mushrooms with a brush (or paper towels) and cut off the stem ends.
  • If needed, rinse and pat dry bay leaves.
  • Cut the sausages into approximately 1-inch lengths. Alternately, thread sausage pieces, mushrooms, shallots, and bay leaves on 4 skewers.
  • Brush skewers with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a grill pan and cook on the hot grill for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly. Serve hot.
