Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 ozs small shallots
- 5 ozs small brown button Mushroom
- 12 fresh bay leaves
- 4 small Poultry sausages (each about 2.5 ounces)
- 2 Tbsps Corn oil
- salt
- peppers
Instruction
- Peel shallots and cut in half. Clean mushrooms with a brush (or paper towels) and cut off the stem ends.
- If needed, rinse and pat dry bay leaves.
- Cut the sausages into approximately 1-inch lengths. Alternately, thread sausage pieces, mushrooms, shallots, and bay leaves on 4 skewers.
- Brush skewers with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a grill pan and cook on the hot grill for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly. Serve hot.
