Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 sausage
- 1 cabbage chopped
- 125 g bacon rashers diced
- 2 carrot diced
- 2 onion diced
- 2 potato peeled sliced
Instruction
- Place bacon, carrot and onion in a frying pan and cook for a few minutes.
- Layer sliced potato over the base of a deep casserole dish, then spread the bacon mixture on top.
- Blanch sausages in boiling water until firm to the touch and remove.
- Place cabbage on top of bacon mixture.
- Place sausages on top, sprinkle with a small amount of water and cover with a lid or aluminium foil.
- Bake at 180C for 1-1½ hours.
