Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 sausage
  • 1 cabbage chopped
  • 125 g bacon rashers diced
  • 2 carrot diced
  • 2 onion diced
  • 2 potato peeled sliced

Instruction

  • Place bacon, carrot and onion in a frying pan and cook for a few minutes.
  • Layer sliced potato over the base of a deep casserole dish, then spread the bacon mixture on top.
  • Blanch sausages in boiling water until firm to the touch and remove.
  • Place cabbage on top of bacon mixture.
  • Place sausages on top, sprinkle with a small amount of water and cover with a lid or aluminium foil.
  • Bake at 180C for 1-1½ hours.
