Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 sausages
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 bacon rashers diced
  • 1/2 red capsicum diced
  • 4 mushrooms sliced
  • 440 g can condensed tomato soup

Instruction

  • Fry the sausages until brown, remove from the pan and cut into 1.5cm sized chunks.
  • Fry the onion, bacon and capsicum for 5 minutes. Return the sausages to the pan with the mushrooms and the can of soup.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables and sausages are cooked.
  • Serve with rice, or mashed potato and vegetables.
