Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 sausages
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 2 bacon rashers diced
- 1/2 red capsicum diced
- 4 mushrooms sliced
- 440 g can condensed tomato soup
Instruction
- Fry the sausages until brown, remove from the pan and cut into 1.5cm sized chunks.
- Fry the onion, bacon and capsicum for 5 minutes. Return the sausages to the pan with the mushrooms and the can of soup.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables and sausages are cooked.
- Serve with rice, or mashed potato and vegetables.
