Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8- oz canned sardines (drained)
  • 1 medium-sized avocado
  • 1 Tbl ghee
  • 1/2 sweet onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne

Instruction

  • Saute the ghee, onions, and garlic together until transparent and fragrant.
  • In a food processor, add the sardines, avocado, lemon zest, lemon juice, sauteed onions and garlic, and cayenne. Pulse until smooth.
  • Serve with fresh cucumber slices.
