Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 15.25 ounce box Red Velvet cake mix
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled, or canola/vegetable oil)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup holiday m&m’s
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vanilla and melted butter together using a wooden spoon to stir until just combined. Add the white chocolate chips and m&ms and stir to combine.
- Using a medium cookie scoop (about 2 tablespoons), portion dough onto prepared baking sheets a few inches apart to allow them to spread – no more than 6 cookies per sheet.
- Top with a few additional chocolate chips and m&m’s for more fun and color!
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the cookies have set (but have not yet started to brown).
- Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
