Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Broken wheat rava 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1/2
  • Carrot 2
  • Potato 2
  • Peas few
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 4 tsp
  • Dry fruit powder 1 tsp

Instruction

  • In pan roast rava for 5-10 min. In pressure cooker heat ghee add mustard seeds,urad dal.fry it.after add onion.saute it till golden brown.then add tomato,salt,chopped carrot,peas, potato.stir it well.add garam masala,red chilli powder. Mix well
  • Cook for 5-10 min.after add milk and water .cook for 4-5 whistles. Then add ghee ,dry fruit powder .stir it well.add dry fruits.healthy yummy spicy breakfast is Ready to eat.
