- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, homemade or purchased
- Milk chocolate toffee bits, for garnish
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
