Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 20 caramels (unwrapped)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
- coarse salt
Instruction
- Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Rice Krispie cereal. Stir until well coated. Using buttered fingers, spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into prepared dish. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, microwave caramels and cream until thoroughly melted and smooth. Cut into squares and drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with salt.
- Best if served the same day.
