Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 20 caramels (unwrapped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • coarse salt

Instruction

  • Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  • Add Rice Krispie cereal. Stir until well coated. Using buttered fingers, spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into prepared dish. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, microwave caramels and cream until thoroughly melted and smooth. Cut into squares and drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with salt.
  • Best if served the same day.
