Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instruction
- Heat the sugar and water in a heavy medium sized pot on medium-high heat. Do not stir.
- When the sugar is dissolved and beginning to brown, begin to stir the sugar.
- When the sugar becomes a pretty amber color, remove from the heat and whisk in the cream, followed by the butter and salt.
- Pour into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
