Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1/4 cup sugar ((use less if you like a less sweet beverage))
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup salted caramel ice cream ((1/2 pint))
  • Garnishes: whipped cream (marshmallows, caramel sauce, pinch of sea salt)

Instruction

  • Place milk, cocoa powder and sugar in a microwave safe measuring cup and heat for about 60 seconds, stirring after 30 seconds. Make sure all the sugar has dissolved.
  • Whisk in softened ice cream and blend well. You can reheat it in the microwave for 30 seconds if the temperature has cooled down too much.
  • Pour into mug and top with whipped cream, a few marshmallows and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
