  • 4 ounces (115g) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 ounces (55g) unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup (200g) sugar
  • 2 large eggs (at room temperature )
  • 1 egg white ((reserve the yolk for the cream cheese swirl))
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup (100g) sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
