Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 package (14 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Salted Caramel Apple Cookie Dough (12 Count)
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, chopped (2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse (kosher) salt

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch pan with foil. Lightly spray foil with cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in oats and pecans until well blended. Reserve 3/4 cup dough mixture. Press remaining dough mixture in pan. Sprinkle with apples; crumble reserved dough mixture evenly over apples.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Drizzle with caramel topping; sprinkle with salt. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows.
