Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs small red potatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Kernel Season’s Salt and Vinegar Seasoning

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450° F. Wash and dry potatoes.
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes and oil. Toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning and gently toss again.
  • Place on baking sheet or in baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
