- 1-2 spring onions (finely diced)
- ½ green pepper (chopped)

- 1-2 whole chillies (deseeded and sliced)
- 2 tsp salt and pepper spice mix (see below for the recipe)
- low calorie cooking spray
- 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
- 1 tbsp granulated sweetener
- ½ tbsp Chinese 5 spice
- 1 good pinch chilli flakes
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
