Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- FOR BEEF
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- 1/2 cup(s) saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/2 can - golden mushroom soup,
- 1 - envelope onion soup mix
- 1 - egg beaten
- FOR GRAVY
- 1/2 can(s) water
- 1 jar(s) savory beef gravy
- 1/2 can - golden mushroom soup, (rest of can from patties)
- 1-8 oz can(s) mushrooms
- 2 dash(es) worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
Instruction
- Combine ingredients for patties in bowl. Mix well and form into 4 good size oval patties. Brown patties on both sides. Don't cook all the way through as they will continue to cook in the gravy.
- Combine the gravy ingredients in a bowl and pour over patties. Gently lift the patties to let some of the gravy get under the patties. Cover and reduce heat to med/low and let simmer in gravy for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with Mashed potatoes & veggie of choice.
