Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2.5 lbs boneless pork shoulder (trimmed of excess fat)
  • 15 oz salsa (I used medium!)
  • kosher salt and pepper

Instruction

  • Heat a large skillet over high heat. When hot, add the pork shoulder and brown on all sides. Season with salt and pepper thoroughly.
  • Place browned shoulder in your slow cooker and pour salsa on top. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on LOW for 10 hours.
  • Shred pork and mix with salsa and juices. Use for tacos, burritos, enchiladas...anything you like! This is so good!
