Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2.5 lbs boneless pork shoulder (trimmed of excess fat)
- 15 oz salsa (I used medium!)
- kosher salt and pepper
Instruction
- Heat a large skillet over high heat. When hot, add the pork shoulder and brown on all sides. Season with salt and pepper thoroughly.
- Place browned shoulder in your slow cooker and pour salsa on top. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on LOW for 10 hours.
- Shred pork and mix with salsa and juices. Use for tacos, burritos, enchiladas...anything you like! This is so good!
