Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 salmon fillets (approx 4 oz. each)
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1 cup pesto
- 4 oz crumbled feta
Instruction
- Place the salmon fillets, skin side down on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
- Top each with 1/4 cup pesto. Place in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- Top each with 1 oz crumbled feta and place back in the oven for 2 more minutes, plus 2 more minutes with the broiler set to high.
