Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 salmon fillets (approx 4 oz. each)
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 4 oz crumbled feta

Instruction

  • Place the salmon fillets, skin side down on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Top each with 1/4 cup pesto. Place in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  • Top each with 1 oz crumbled feta and place back in the oven for 2 more minutes, plus 2 more minutes with the broiler set to high.
