Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 32 ozs Salmon fillet
  • 12 ozs Tagliatelle
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsps fresh Chives (chopped)
  • salt (to taste)
  • peppers (to taste)

Instruction

  • Coat a grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Heat grill to high heat. Place salmon skin side down on grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 8 -12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook tagliatelle according to package directions. Drain pasta and return to pan. Add olive oil to coat to reduce sticking. Set aside until salmon is ready.
  • To serve place pasta on plate, top with salmon and sprinkle with chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper.
