Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Fireball Whiskey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsps worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- kosher salt, pepper, ground red pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon
Instruction
- Combine brown sugar, Fireball Whiskey, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and ground red pepper in a saucepan. Whisk together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, whisking occasionally.
- Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet, skin side down. Brush 2 Tablespoons of the Fireball Whiskey Glaze on top of the salmon. Place in a 400 degree oven for 14 minutes, then turn the broiler on high for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve with the remaining Fireball Whiskey Glaze on the side.
