Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 salmon fillets, skin on, pin bones removed if applicable
- 1 cup green olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- pinch black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the salmon (skin side down).
- Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and spoon evenly on top of salmon fillets.
