Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp dashi stock
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp mirin
- Salmon sashimi
- Wasabi (optional)
Instruction
- To make the Ponzu sauce, combine all the ingredients, apart from the salmon, in a small bowl and whisk together.
- Serve with the salmon sashimi.
