Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp dashi stock
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • Salmon sashimi
  • Wasabi (optional)

Instruction

  • To make the Ponzu sauce, combine all the ingredients, apart from the salmon, in a small bowl and whisk together.
  • Serve with the salmon sashimi.
