Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cans Boneless Skinless Pink Salmon (drained {5 oz. each})
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Green Onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/4 cup Celery (finely diced)
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 3/4 tsp. Dried Dill
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Instruction
- In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until combined.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and transfer to refrigerator for at least 1 hour, allowing flavors to marinate.
- When ready to serve, build a sandwich using rustic sourdough bread, toasted multigrain bread, or your favorite bun, and ENJOY!
- Storage Tip: If you've got leftovers, simply transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 - 4 days.
