Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups cooked white rice ((Note 1))
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 6-ounce can salmon, drained and fluffed ((Note 2))
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 0.2 ounce roasted seaweed sheets, crumbled
  • black toasted sesame seeds, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha ((Note 3))
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instruction

  • Make Sushi Rice: Stir cooked rice with rice vinegar and salt until well-mixed. Divide sushi rice between two bowls for serving.
  • Add Toppings: Divide salmon, avocado, cucumber, and seaweed between two serving bowls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Serve: Stir together all dressing ingredients in small bowl until well-mixed. Spoon over serving bowls or leave dressing on the side. Serve (Note 4).
