Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 can(s) (15 oz. each) salmon
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) liquid (salmon liquid plus milk)
  • 3 cup(s) coarse cracker crumbs
  • 2-3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dry parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) each salt and pepper

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan, 9x5x3"
  • Flake salmon and remove bones and skin.
  • Blend in eggs.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon lightly into pan.
  • Bake 45 minutes.
