Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 can(s) (15 oz. each) salmon
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cup(s) liquid (salmon liquid plus milk)
- 3 cup(s) coarse cracker crumbs
- 2-3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon(s) dry parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) each salt and pepper
Instruction
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan, 9x5x3"
- Flake salmon and remove bones and skin.
- Blend in eggs.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spoon lightly into pan.
- Bake 45 minutes.
