Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces Pink salmon (~2 fillets)
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 French loaf (~ 4oz)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 anchovies
  • 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1/3 cup whole yogurt, plain
  • 1 romaine heart, roughly diced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, freshly grated

Instruction

  • Pat salmon dry, and set aside.  Allow salmon to come to room temperature while you prepare the rest of the salad.
