- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 14.75 ounce can of wild salmon*
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped dill (packed)
- Zest from one lemon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste

- 4 sprouted english muffins (I used Ezekiel)
