Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cooked salmon filet (chilled)
- 1-2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh dill
- 2 tbsp. greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 lettuce leaves
Instruction
- Flake salmon filet in to a medium bowl. Mix together with onion, dill, yogurt, & lemon juice. Slice avocado & place 1/2 in each lettuce leaf. Top with salmon mixture. Salt & pepper to taste.
