Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cooked salmon filet (chilled)
  • 1-2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp. greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Instruction

  • Flake salmon filet in to a medium bowl. Mix together with onion, dill, yogurt, & lemon juice. Slice avocado & place 1/2 in each lettuce leaf. Top with salmon mixture. Salt & pepper to taste.
