Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 ounce box Stovetop Sage stuffing mix ((2-1/2 cups seasoned stuffing mix))
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup corn meal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 large eggs ((lightly beaten))
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Grease a 14 cavity muffin tin and set aside.
- Combine stuffing mix, flour, corn meal and baking powder in a bowl.
- Whish together the eggs, milk and oil.
- Add the egg mixture to the flour mix, stirring to combine.
- Divide batter among the muffin tin cavities.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked in the center.
