Ingredients

The following ingredients have 15 Servings
  • Air Fryer
  • Meatball Press
  • 450 g Sausage Meat
  • 25 g Butter
  • ½ Small White Onion
  • ½ Medium Bread Roll
  • 2 Tbsp Sage
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Extra Breadcrumbs For Binding (optional)

Instruction

  • Using a vegetable knife chop your bread roll into small chunks. Also peel and thinly dice your onion. Get your butter and chop it into small chunks.
  • Place all your ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Make into small to medium sized sage and onion stuffing balls.
  • Place in the fridge for an hour to chill and firm up.
  • Cook for 10 minutes in the air fryer basket at 180c/360f.
