The following ingredients have 15 Servings
- Air Fryer
- Meatball Press
- 450 g Sausage Meat
- 25 g Butter
- ½ Small White Onion
- ½ Medium Bread Roll
- 2 Tbsp Sage
- Salt & Pepper
- Extra Breadcrumbs For Binding (optional)
Instruction
- Using a vegetable knife chop your bread roll into small chunks. Also peel and thinly dice your onion. Get your butter and chop it into small chunks.
- Place all your ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Make into small to medium sized sage and onion stuffing balls.
- Place in the fridge for an hour to chill and firm up.
- Cook for 10 minutes in the air fryer basket at 180c/360f.
