Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 rutabaga (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. each chopped garlic and fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Garlic Aioli
Instruction
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Cut and discard peel from rutabaga; cut rutabaga in half, then cut each half into 1/2-inch-thick sticks.
- Whisk oil, cheese, garlic, seasonings and mustard in medium bowl until blended.
- Add rutabaga sticks; mix lightly. Spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 40 to 45 min. or until tender.
- Serve with garlic aioli.
