Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
- 3 tablespoon peppercorn ranch dressing
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ Organic Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted
- 1 jar (6.5 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
- 4 scallions, cut into 4-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese shavings
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll the pizza dough as a rectangle onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Par-bake the dough for 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spoon the peppercorn ranch over the crust. Then top with diced tomatoes, artichoke hearts, scallions and parmesan shavings.
- Bake for an additional 12 minutes, checking at the 8-minute mark.
- Slice and serve!
