Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • 3 tablespoon peppercorn ranch dressing
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ Organic Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted
  • 1 jar (6.5 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 4 scallions, cut into 4-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese shavings

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll the pizza dough as a rectangle onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Par-bake the dough for 8 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and spoon the peppercorn ranch over the crust. Then top with diced tomatoes, artichoke hearts, scallions and parmesan shavings.
  • Bake for an additional 12 minutes, checking at the 8-minute mark.
  • Slice and serve!
