Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 4 lbs White Skinned Potatoes
- 1 TB Dried Rosemary (crushed)
- 2 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Lite Culinary Coconut Milk
- 2 TB Herbed Olive Oil
Instruction
- Cube and boil you potatoes in a large pot for about 25-30 minutes.
- Drain and add the potatoes back to the pot.
- Add all other ingredients and blend or mash until desired consistency is achieved.
