Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4 lbs White Skinned Potatoes
  • 1 TB Dried Rosemary (crushed)
  • 2 Tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Lite Culinary Coconut Milk
  • 2 TB Herbed Olive Oil

Instruction

  • Cube and boil you potatoes in a large pot for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Drain and add the potatoes back to the pot.
  • Add all other ingredients and blend or mash until desired consistency is achieved.
