Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Butter (softened slightly)
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Orange Zest
- 2 3/4 cups Flour
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chunks
- 1 cup Dried Mango (cut into bite size pieces)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 410 degrees.
- In large bowl, cream butter and sugars until creamy -- about 4 minutes.
- Add eggs, one a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in orange zest.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in dark chocolate chunks and dried mango.
- Let dough chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Drop cookie dough onto light cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
