Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Butter (softened slightly)
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Orange Zest
  • 2 3/4 cups Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 1 cup Dried Mango (cut into bite size pieces)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 410 degrees.
  • In large bowl, cream butter and sugars until creamy -- about 4 minutes.
  • Add eggs, one a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in orange zest.
  • Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in dark chocolate chunks and dried mango.
  • Let dough chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Drop cookie dough onto light cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
