- 340 grams lemon curd (shop bought or homemade)
- 150 ml double cream
- 50 grams icing sugar
- 0.5 tsp elderflower cordial
- 1 meringue nest (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp gold confetti sprinkles (to decorate)
