Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 oz taco seasoning mix ((optional - store bought, or use mine))
  • 10 oz RoTel diced tomatoes with green chilies ((drained))
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese ((cubed into 1 inch chunks))

Instruction

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat brown the ground beef. Drain fat off.
  • Add the optional taco seasoning, and mix into the browned beef.
  • Add the whole can of drained Rotel to the ground beef.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, add the cubed Velveeta cheese.
  • Stir until all the cheese has melted and well combined. Garnish as desired and serve.
