Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup superfine sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 6 sprigs rosemary

Instruction

  • Place the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.  Boil for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the honey and add the rosemary sprigs.
  • Let mixture cool to room temperature. 
  • Remove the rosemary sprigs and store in a lidded bottle in the fridge.
