Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 Sardine
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 0.5 chili pepper
- salt
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
Instruction
- Rinse the sardines inside and out and pat dry.
- Rinse rosemary, shake dry and cut with kitchen shears into 4 pieces.
- Stuff sardines with rosemary and seal with toothpicks.
- Halve chile pepper lengthwise, remove seeds, rinse and dry, then chop finely. Sesaon with salt and mix with olive oil in a small bowl.
- Coat the sardines with chile oil.
- Carefully thread about 4 sardines on each of 2 parallel skewers, depending on size. Place on a hot grill and cook on each side for 4-5 minutes. Serve warm.
