Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 Sardine
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 0.5 chili pepper
  • salt
  • 4 Tbsps olive oil

Instruction

  • Rinse the sardines inside and out and pat dry.
  • Rinse rosemary, shake dry and cut with kitchen shears into 4 pieces.
  • Stuff sardines with rosemary and seal with toothpicks.
  • Halve chile pepper lengthwise, remove seeds, rinse and dry, then chop finely. Sesaon with salt and mix with olive oil in a small bowl.
  • Coat the sardines with chile oil.
  • Carefully thread about 4 sardines on each of 2 parallel skewers, depending on size. Place on a hot grill and cook on each side for 4-5 minutes. Serve warm.
