Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in olive oil and then sprinkle the rosemary and Parmesan cheese over them. Mix well to coat.
- Spread evenly on a sprayed baking sheet and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until they are soft, brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
