Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Toss the cauliflower florets in olive oil and then sprinkle the rosemary and Parmesan cheese over them. Mix well to coat.
  • Spread evenly on a sprayed baking sheet and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until they are soft, brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately.
