Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 600 grams Chicken breasts
  • rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 5 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 2 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Basil
  • salt
  • freshly ground peppers

Instruction

  • Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into 2 cm (approximatey 3/4-inch) cubes. Thread chicken and rosemary sprigs on wooden skewers. Combine the honey, olive oil, the paprika, lemon juice and basil and brush the chicken with the mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on the grill about 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Serve with dips if desired.
