Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large lemon grilled chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped (or 1/2 Tbsp. dried))
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (chopped (for 1 tsp. dried))
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • your favorite pizza dough
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Instruction

  • Toss all ingredients together with 1 1/2 cup cheese
  • Spread mixture over dough and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese
  • Bake at 400 for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown
  • Let rest for several minutes then cut into wedges and serve!
