  • some icing sugar to taste

  • 230 ml/ 8 fl.oz/ 1 cup water
  • Glaze:
  • 230 ml/ 8 fl.oz/ 1 cup heavy/double cream
  • 50 g/ 1.8 oz/ ¼ cups sugar
  • 230 g/ 8 oz dark chocolate
  • Topping:
  • 230 ml/ 8 fl.oz/ 1 cup heavy/double cream
  • 50 g/ 1.8 oz/ ½ cup icing sugar
  • 1 packet whipping cream stabilizer (Dr. Oetker, optional (See note))
