- Ganache:
- 230 ml/ 8 fl.oz/ 1 cup heavy/double cream
- 230 g/ 8 oz dark chocolate
- some icing sugar to taste
- Syrup:
- 150 g/ 5.3 oz/ ¾ cup sugar
- 230 ml/ 8 fl.oz/ 1 cup water
- Glaze:
- 230 ml/ 8 fl.oz/ 1 cup heavy/double cream
- 50 g/ 1.8 oz/ ¼ cups sugar
- 230 g/ 8 oz dark chocolate
- Topping:
- 230 ml/ 8 fl.oz/ 1 cup heavy/double cream
- 50 g/ 1.8 oz/ ½ cup icing sugar
- 1 packet whipping cream stabilizer (Dr. Oetker, optional (See note))
