Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup almonds (toasted, pecans or walnuts can be substituted)
  • 1 pkg Ramen noodles
  • 8.25 ounces Mandarin orange slices (drained, I used this brand)

Instruction

  • Gently toss the pecans, noodles, and lettuce.
  • Add orange slices and drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately
