Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) cream
  • 1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar
  • 100 gram dark or milk chocolate, chopped (or the chocolate bar of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon brandy, optional
  • 12 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup (35g) unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped

Instruction

  • In a medium saucepan, combine cream and sugar and bring to the boil.
  • Remove from the heat, stir in the chocolate and brandy, continue stirring until melted; cool slightly.
  • Place the ice-cream scoops into glasses, top with the marshmallows and chocolate sauce; sprinkle with the peanuts.
