Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (-measured and then sifted)
  • ½ cup butter ((unsalted), melted)
  • 2 eggs ((large))
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ all-purpose flour (-spoon & level technique)
  • ¼ tsp salt (- eliminate if using salted butter)
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips ((dark))
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (or 1/2 of a 10oz bag)
  • ½ cup peanuts ((or your favorite nut chopped))
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup butter (- melted and slightly cooled)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp whipping cream ((can substitute with half and half or milk))

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper an then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl mix salt, sugar, cocoa powder, and flour until combined.
  • Add in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, beating until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and then spread evenly in the prepared 8x8 pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Cover the top with mini marshmallows, nuts, and chocolate chips.
  • Bake 4 to 6 minutes to toast the marshmallows.
  • In a small bowl mix all ingredients for the drizzle together. Drizzle over warm brownies.
  • Let cool before cutting.
