Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (-measured and then sifted)
- ½ cup butter ((unsalted), melted)
- 2 eggs ((large))
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ all-purpose flour (-spoon & level technique)
- ¼ tsp salt (- eliminate if using salted butter)
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips ((dark))
- 2 cups mini marshmallows (or 1/2 of a 10oz bag)
- ½ cup peanuts ((or your favorite nut chopped))
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup butter (- melted and slightly cooled)
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp whipping cream ((can substitute with half and half or milk))
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper an then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl mix salt, sugar, cocoa powder, and flour until combined.
- Add in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, beating until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and then spread evenly in the prepared 8x8 pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Cover the top with mini marshmallows, nuts, and chocolate chips.
- Bake 4 to 6 minutes to toast the marshmallows.
- In a small bowl mix all ingredients for the drizzle together. Drizzle over warm brownies.
- Let cool before cutting.
