Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6-8 stem tomatoes on the vine ((see note))
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place tomatoes on baking sheet.
  • Use a brush to brush the tomatoes with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and some begin to burst.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil.
  • Serve and enjoy!
