Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6-8 stem tomatoes on the vine ((see note))
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place tomatoes on baking sheet.
- Use a brush to brush the tomatoes with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and some begin to burst.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil.
- Serve and enjoy!
