Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch wedges
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon coarse salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¾ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Coarse salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place sweet potato wedges on a greased baking sheet and toss with oil, salt and pepper.
- Choose a spice combination and whisk together in a bowl until combined. Add spice mixture to oiled sweet potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Roast 35-40 minutes, until soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
- While sweet potatoes roast, whisk together aioli ingredients until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve spice-roasted sweet potato wedges with garlic aioli for dipping.
